The New iPhone 16 Plus, is it really worth the upgrade?


 Recently, the Apple Event named 'Its Glow time' that occured on the 9th of September, announced the new few products like the iPhone 16, AirPods 4, AirPods Pro 2, Apple Watch Series 10, the new Apple Intelligence and more. Let us take a deeper look at the iPhone that released in this event
.The iPhone 16 Plus and the iPhone 15 plus look almost the same. With a premium aluminium finish of the body, the sleek design, and the retina display.


The main difference is the camera style. The iPhone 16 camera's look almost identical to human eyes, not quite literally though. The camera is shaped in a way similar to the iPhone 10. It is vertical camera's, apple says to have done this to capture Spatial photos and videos. This means they would look extremely realistic on the Apple Vision Pro.


Adding on to that, the iPhone 16 Plus says to have been coming with a few more different colors like the Ultramarine, Teal, Pink, & Black. And unlike the iPhone 15 Plus, this phone is now coming with an action button that is customizable for any action that should be done like opening the camera app, putting the device on focus mode and many more customizable apps or actions.


The new phone also comes with a capture button that is used to take photos. This action button is also touch responsive which means you can control the zoom in and zoom out just by sliding your finger across it and vice versa. Tis can also be used to slide through camera app features. This makes taking photos easier.


Now coming to the next software feature that is the new Apple Intelligence. The Apple Intelligence is a whole new level of AI consumption. Apple Intelligence will be there on the newer MacBooks, iPhones, & iPads. There a ton of features like enhancing your email into different styles like friendly & professional and many more. Along with this, Siri also gives natural responses and speaks on topic of what you are saying. 




The iPhone 16 Plus still uses the 48MP Main Camera. It also has a 12MP Ultrawide camera, and now it also has macro photography that the iPhone 15 Plus does not have. Overall, the camera is basically the same thing as the last gen iPhone 15 Plus.

Other than these few points, there aren't much updates. If you're still wondering if you need to upgrade from an iPhone 15 Plus to and iPhone 16 Plus, then the answer is no, you don't really have to run an extra mile just for a few extra features. And especially features like the Apple Intelligence would be coming in the iPhone 15 because of the IOS 18 update.
